Q: Why is there no sound from the host after pressing the remote control?

Answer: Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:

1. Check the power supply of the host: Ensure that the switch on the side of the host is turned to the "low volume" or "high volume" position.

NOTE：After being idle for 15 minutes, the device enters sleep mode and needs to be turned off before restarting

2. Check the host battery level: Observe the host indicator light. If the red light flashes slowly, it indicates that the battery level is too low. Please charge it first.

3. Check the connection status: Observe the blue light on the host. If the blue light flashes slowly, it means the connection has failed. Please place the remote control close to the host (within 10 meters).

4. Check the remote control: Ensure that the battery insulation on the back of the remote control has been removed. If used for a long time, it may be due to the remote control battery being depleted.

Q: The blue light on the host keeps flashing. What's going on?

Answer: The slow flashing blue light indicates that the connection between the host and the remote control has failed. Please try placing the remote control close to the host (within 10 meters). If the problem persists, it may be due to the remote control battery running out of power.
